Handle clamps for the range cart
These have 1.0" I.D. hole to fit 1.0" tubing.  All mounting hardware included. 
***If using these on a cart other than ours please let us know so that we can adjust the hole dimension slightly for differences in size due to manufacturing differences between our cart and others.***
